offshoot from holiday picture post...collage question

I don't have photoshop but love the look of a collage of picture for our holiday card. Plus the fact that I'm having the hardest time getting my almost 2yo to stay still with her sister and/or her parents for a good group shot!! Does anybody know if I go to say, Target, and use their Kodak machine to make the cards, can I do a collage on it? Any other suggestions on how to make a photo collage?

A friend did her cards at Sam's Club last year, and she had 2 pics on them. Not a collage, but she was able to use the best shot of each child!

BTW, I just took the plunge w/Photoshop. I found it new on Ebay for $32. It's OEM, meaning it doesn't come in the box, but that saved me quite a bit of money!
