Looks like we've got a lot of the old timers out posting tonight. It's good to see lots of the names that haven't been around in a while. I've been lurking mostly as two keeps me busy, works a bear and we moved.

Does anyone keep in contact with Joey (peanut4us)? Sara and Declan we so close in age I always liked her posts.

And Heather (heva) - I remember her being so helpful when I had my gallbladder out.

It has been interesting and fun to see some old members.
I do wonder about Heather too she was very sweet and quite a devoted mama.

I know I always miss Linda (liya). She was always in Butts when I first started using cloth, and was so helpful and funny!

I have never met Heather, but we emailed once a few months ago when I found out we lived in the same area. It was a short exchange, but she said she is really busy with her job and still works with someone else from these boards.

I noticed that Katie hasn't posted here since shortly after she moved to Texas this summer. I hope everything is O.K. with her. Barbara, have you heard from her?(I know you were friends here in Maine) Just curious.

Last I talked to Katie she was doing really well. She did the Susan Komen race in Dallas-when was that Sept??? She is back working and trying to move to day shifts.
She is so happy being back home with Mom. I miss her, though.

Thanks for responding Barbara! I was hoping that there wasn't some bad reason that she wasn't posting here. It sounds like she's just a busy Mom like the rest of us and time online can be a challenge. I'm happy for her too that she is near her family again. My family lives within 20 minutes and I love it. I'll never leave Maine. Fortunately, DH feels the same even though he didn't grow up here.(he moved A LOT growing up and wants the boys to have the stability he didn't have :) )

Isn't it funny-My siblings all live here in Maine and I vowed I would never, ever leave NYC to join them. I loved my NY life. Then I met DH and he said come to Maine. My bags were packed in seconds. I miss NY and my friends terribly but I love life here. An added plus is being near my family-I so cherish the times I have had with them in the last few years.
