Does this chair come with a seatbelt? And if so, can it be used WITHOUT the infant bar? I'm thinking of ordering this seat for Conner, but the pictures I've seen of it look like the only restraint is the crotch strap that attaches to the infant bar. But since Conner's two year old we won't be using the infant bar and I'm not sure he would stay in place unrestrained. Someone posted in another thread that it comes with a separate 3-pt harness-- can someone confirm this?

Hello! We have the Kettler Junior and love it. The infant bar is removable, and it does bring a seatbelt/3-pt harness. Gabe is also 2 years old, and we actually still use the infant bar, but I'm planning on taking it off soon. I'd feel safe using just the seatbelt with him now.

This is a great chair and you'll love the ultra-small footprint! It saves us soooo much space!
