He had a great little birthday! Truman had requested a movie and dinner with Mommy & Daddy instead of a party this year, but unfortunately, the weather here was pretty crappy (we've got about 5 inches of snow on the ground, lots of ice on the road, the high was in the 20s with 50 mph winds!), so we didn't get to go anywhere. But I did make him his favorite spaghetti, and DH went out and got a Thomas cake for him, and we had a VERY Thomas birthday!

Also, DS was sitting next to me when I first opened this thread. It made him feel so special to know that Mommy's friends were thinking of him today! He was grinning like a Cheshire Cat when I read the posts to him. Thanks!

That's so sweet, Jeanne! I'm glad Truman had a good day despite the bad weather. It sounds like it might just be the first birthday he remembers for years to come!
