Its a boy!!! Welcome Michael Gordon!!! (JMS)

Just heard from Jacquelyn:

Michael Gordon was born on Monday, 11/28/05 (6 days past due, and induced) at 7:57 pm after a VERY quick (and relatively easy) birth. He is doing fantastic and looks remarkably like his Daddy, especially with his thick black hair. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 10 ounces and came home from the hospital today .. FINALLY!!


Congrats to Jacquelyn, DH, and Honor!! Can't wait to hear more...

Julie.. Thank you so much for posting on my behalf, it is very touching. I just finally logged onto the boards after what feels like an eternity and was so happy to see my baby son's name.
We are all doing well and I'll post a longer birth story later. I am so amazed at the capacity of a Mother's heart. I love my children so much and feel like the luckiest woman in the world.

I've attached a picture of DH and DS less than an hour after his birth. I'm reading the manual for my new camera and hope to have many more pictures to add. Thank you everyone for your kind words and well wishes.

PS Julie: Dr. M delivered DS and was so WONDERFUL. She also took care of part two and completely put me at ease. I was skeptical as to whether anyone could replace Dr. C, but I am thrilled that Dr. M is now a member of our OB group.
