We have a secret santa exchange at work and the person I've been assigned asked for hot teas - she's a big tea drinker. I'm not a tea drinker at all and I'm clueless. What are the good brands or ideas for something really special?
Thanks!

As for brands, try either Tazo or Twinings. Do you know if she uses teabags or does only loose tea? Twinings has both. I'm fairly sure that you can get a sampler pack of teabags for both brands. You could also throw in a tea-infuser ball/spoon if you do loose tea.

I love Tazo teas for bagged teas. I also really enjoy stash tea: http://www.stashtea.com/, and they do both bagged and loose tea. I love the lemon ginger, but also look forward to trying some of their loose teas. Stash also has a nice sampler pack.

if you have time for an on-line order adagio has very nice teas. depending on $ you could get a useful and unique tea brewer that comes with a choice of four different assorted tea samplers (it's $19).

Another fan of Peet's Tea! Most tea lovers I know like the stronger caffienated teas.

Thank you everyone for the info! I've investigated a little further and found out she doesn't use loose tea, so unfortunately that's out. So I'm going to go look at those sites and find some good tea bags and maybe an insulated travel mug to bring to work. Thanks!!! :)

I love the flavors at republicoftea.com

they offer black, green, white, herbal, decaf, etc and have tons of gift items (travel mug, tea pots, etc).

I know Panera Bread and Starbucks carry their line if you want to sample them before you buy.
