Thought I might get a few Christmas books to read
with the kids. Any extra-special ones that I should
buy?

Thank you for your help!! :)

I guess these are fairly obvious, but our favorite are A Charlie Brown CHristmas and How the Grinch stole Christmas. DD loves that book!
Also both of them sort of get into the true meaning of Christmas.

Jan Brett has a beautifully illustrated night before christmas.

Also Tomie DePaola has some charming Christmas books. You can't go wrong with his books!

Santa's Suit (Board book) by Kate Lee - it has touch and feel panels

The Sweet Smell of Christmas (Scented Storybook) (Hardcover)
by Patricia M. Scarry has scratch and sniff!

My favorite version of The Night Before Christmas is illustrated by Mary Engelbreit.
