Owners of Ameribag's Healthy Back Bags, advice on cleaning?

Have you put your bag in the wash? I have one of the microfiber ones and it says to spot clean. Mine is orange and in need of more than just spot cleaning but I'm nervous about putting it in against manufacturers advice. Since I found out about this awesome bag on these boards, I figured some of you ladies might have experience or advice on cleaning them.

Hi Laurel,
You might have better luck posting this in the "Places to Go:All other to go...Diaper Bags" section. You may get more answers. Sorry I don't have any advice though. :)
