I posted earlier about my 16 month old DD's hair, and I forgot to post this part of the question...

I want to find some cute hairbows that will stay in her hair.
Let me explain...most bows will stay in her thick hair...if she would leave them alone. :):)(I worry so much about her putting them in her mouth!) Has anyone found some hairbows that little ones have a hard time getting out of their hair?

TIA! :)

I'm almost positive there's a BBB mama on here who makes children's hair bows, but it was my understanding they were good at staying put in thin hair, so I'm not really sure if they're velcro for infants hair or what, but it's worth doing an advanced search in the Lounge as the post popped up within the past 2 or 3 months.

Oh, btw, your name is so unique! When I was younger I wanted to name my future DD "America Renne" (Renne being pronounced Ren). I know...cheesy...but I always thought if she became famous that she could drop our last name and just use her middle as a last. Anyways, just thought I'd share!

Yes! How could I forget.

And to the OP, here's a thread from a while back replete with pictures of her handiwork. Simply gorgeous. You can email her through her website, too.

Yes, Anna is great! Her bows stay in fine hair, though I put mine on a special headband with a little spot for slipping bows onto it (also from Anna) since the only place S has hair long enough to wear bows is on the side or way in the back ;) Definitely recommend her!

Thanks for the support, ladies! :)

To the OP, if she's yanking them out of her hair, you may want to try pulling back a section of hair with a little rubber band (you can get the "ouchless" kind at Target, etc.--sort of like rubber bands for braces if you had those!) and then clip the bow through the section of hair. That helps with my DD.

The headband bows are so cute! And I'm not usually a fan of the handband thing on babies but Anna's bows are just so freaking cute - they look adorable!

Hey Anna, could you add a hairband to my order? ;) I just found out accidentally that Kaya will tolerate ribbons tied around her head, so the hairband would give me another option. :)
