i am sitting here doing my banking and see that there is a charge from classmates.com. i added my name to their list about 2 years ago but never signed up for any special service. i have never been charged by them for anything. there is a $15 charge for some gold member thing. i dont even visit the site!!! i finally found a way to email them, i searched their site forever, and i sent them an email saying that i expect that money to be refunded to my account and i want all my info to be taken off of their site. the info they had for my card isnt even my current info or current last name. WTH is going on? can they do this???

ooohhhh, how did they get your cc info? i added my name to their list 3+ years ago and have no idea if they have charged me. they better not charge me.

they can't do that unless you signed up yourself to be a gold member.

that sucks, i hope that you get your refund, if not keep bi**ching to them.

you should call your credit card and report it to them so they take the charge off your card. Tell them you did not authorize it.
