I'm wanting to cook some frozen corn on the cob and I want it to come out nice and juicy like at Chili's or other restaurants. Does anyone know how they cook it to get it to be so good and juicy? I've never been able to get it to come out very well.

Thanks!

I've never done it with frozen corn on the cob, but if you have a grill, its great grilled! I know its Winter, but my dH has grilled in blizzards! ;)

I think the secret is just a whole lot of butter.

I've never had really good luck with frozen corn on the cob (it always tends to get mushy), but when make the 'real' thing, I throw some milk and sugar into the water before boiling the corn.

definitely a touch of sugar in the boiling water. The trick is to bring the water AND the corn up to a boil together then when it has come to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer 5-6 minutes. Add a good amount of butter and you're done.
