Sabrina Joan arrived safe and sound via c/s today at 12:33pm

She is 8 lbs 12 oz and 19"

I will post pics as I receive them.

Oh, and Lex said that Sabrina is already nursing like she's done it a gazillion times. She nursed immediately and has already done 20 minutes on each side. Woo HOOO!!!!!

WOW. I'm really surprised and hurt that you'd think I'd call one of my IRL best friend's newborn something derogatory. :(

Indeed, Alexis and Tommy have been calling the baby Jumbo for quite some time. The nickname came to be as it was originally estimated she (who, incidently, they were convinced was a 'he') would be over 10lbs if Alexis went full gestation. I believe it's still even in her sig line.

I suppose it's also an issue that one of my pet names for Mia is "Porky Girl" because of her little porky legs?
