Hmmn, well since I don;t own "Cooking for Dummies", I will post this question here!
I am making a recipe that calls for finely chopped eggplant tomorrow. Can I do this in a food processor or will that end up liquifying the eggplant? I also have a manual salsa maker that is good for chopping up things like onions and might be a little more gentle...or should I just do it by hand?
