We just bought a used massage chair last night, and I'm having a terrible time today with my asthma due to the lingering cigarette smoke in the vinyl cushions. I've tried using vinegar in bowls to remove the smell, but it's more of an issue of FEELING the smoke in my lungs, throat, eyes, etc. rather than actually smelling it.
I would like to keep the chair, but is it possible to ever get rid of that lingering smoke in the cushions? I also tried wiping it down multiple times with Clorox wipes, but that didn't help.
Any ideas or tips? I would really appreciate your help. I'm going to have to get it out of the house this evening if I can't figure something out. :)
