I'm hoping no news is good news! Keeping you and the baby in my thoughts and prayers, Lori!

We have a baby, but he refuses to leave his dark, cramped quarters!!

I don't think I'd mind it so much but I've been so nauseous, crabby and fatigued, and most comfy laying on my side in bed (which just doesn't happen as much as I'd like).

But it can't happen today as my doula is attending another birth (induction, so could be long) and I would rather work with her than her back-up who I've never met!!

Ahhhh!! You are still here ;)

Sending speedy and easy labor vibes your way *after* today. We had a similar thing with our doula...she was out of town for a week and we didn't know the backup very well. The day she was to return, I told DH we were doing everything possible to get labor going. I was planning on us walking around the mall all day...whatever it took. I was READY. Before I could do that, at 8 am the next morning my water broke and labor started, the first day my doula was back "on duty." I swear, my body was holding out until it felt comfortable letting go, knowing she was there.

Hopefully you can get some rest and get as comfortable as you can so preggo. Are you sleeping okay?

Stock up on all the sleep you can as you wait the little bugger out ;)

Thinking of you!

Dang! Well, I hope he either shifts so that you're much more comfortable, or he comes fairly soon (when your doula is present of course)!
