I finally convinced DH to take the TV out of the family room! Woo hoo! We're TV free with Mari, I don't like TV, and we don't have cable. It isn't a big TV and can fit in our bedroom armoire instead.
So, we'll be getting rid of our medium-sized entertainment center. We will be replacing it with an aquarium (that's what sold him lol) and I need an audio cabinet for our stereo equipment.
I've been doing some google searches, but nothing is yanking my chain. I'd like something "mid range". I don't need Ethan Allen for this piece, but I don't want Bush/Sauder/put it together yourself/Ikea either.
The rest of the room is a random collection of furniture now. I don't like dark wood or oak. More of a maple or cherry (even painted/stained pine) type of gal.
Ideas?
