How do I make a T shirt with custom graphics on it?

I have no clue where to even start! Is there a simple program I can buy? The images I want to create are really simple, but not something I've been able to find on a clip art site.


After that, do I just print it on one of those iron on transfer things?

Hmm...what kind of images are you looking for? Basically if you have some good quality pics, you can go to Kinkos (or some place similar) and they can print it on the t-shirt for you. Generally speaking, the higher the quality of the pic, the better the t-shirt result.
