Christy, love those big bright eyes!!! He's adorable and Maddy looks quite the part of the doting big sister! :) My fave is the fourth pic with the blue blanket. It's just so sweet... Good luck choosing - it's a tough decision!

Aww, MAN! Do we have to choose ONE?! They are all adorable, and I love the Maddy pics as well! Okay, well, if I HAD to choose, I think I'd choose the one with the blue blanket (last one of him by himself), but you couldn't go wrong if you chose any of the others. The one with the blue blanket may be easier to make an announcement out of though. It has good shaping and proportions for making an announcement. If you just needed the picture, you could crop a little closer to highlight Jarred. But since we want to make an announcement, you could fade some of the background and put lettering on top of it.

Anyway, just a few thoughts...feel free to ignore it. :)

I would do #1 or #3 for a more informal announcement - think of the great captions you could put with it!

and #4 for a more formal announcement.

This is such a hard decision to make! You have so many great pictures! I vote for the one with the blue blanket. I think it would be a great birth announcement pic. I love the other pictures (especially the first one), but the blue blankie really says birth announcement to me. Maddy's a doll! :)

No, I bought her shirt and his outfit at a craft show Kate and Bud's Closet based out of Hudson, OH. I love their designs though, my mom has several items of their creation. Even though you can't tell DS is wearing a one piece outfit that says "I'm the Little Brother". Too cute to pass up!

Hey Christy!

If you are going for a traditional birth announcement,
then I pick picture #4 with the blue silky.

If you are wanting to do something a little different
and not so traditional, I would choose picture #1.
He looks like he is thinking about doing something sneaky
and he is trying to figure out a way not to get caught. :)
You could find some fantastic quotes to accompany
this picture.
This is the picture that I would choose!
