We have been invited to a friends place for Easter lunch. I think there will be maybe 3-4 other couples there. It is not a childrens party, more like an informal get-together.

We will probably take a bottle of wine with us but what I wanted to know is whether should I take gifts for the kids? They have 4 children (boy-7, boy-3, twin girls-1) and we had given them all Xmas gifts, but since this also a fun occasion for children, I feel bad going empty handed. Should they be easter-themed gifts - i.e baskets with chocolate in them or just get some toys that are on sale? We are kind of on a budget...WWYD?

could you just get them some fun easter candy and call it a day? you can't go wrong with a chocolate bunny, unless you think the mom would freak (probably not good for the twins, but you could get them a little stuffed bunny or chick).
