Just wondering what products you are currently using on your face??

I wash with plain water and sometimes if it's particularly oily, I'll wash with a bit of baking soda. Then I use a distilled water/apple cider vinegar solution on a cotton ball as a toner. Works marvelously. :)

To wash I use Cetaphil. For moisturizer, I really love Merino Collagen Cream, but I have been out of it for a couple months and it shows. :-(

I'm a Mary Kay fan here too. I LOVE their stuff!!!

I've got adult acne and oily skin (gah!!) and their products for my skin type have really helped and clear up a lot of my problems (much better than proactiv too)

I made my own tonic, which I have no clue whether it's good or bad (should be able to tell in a few yrs, no? ;)) and I also generally haphazardly mix my own face creme but because I am lazy I have been putting on straight Squalane (an olive oil derivative) on my face at night. Aveno SPF moisturiser in the morning.

I plan to get a super-duper SPF creme for daytime soon.

I've done the gamut from Neutrogena, Clinique, Cetaphil, Aveda. I'm now using Peter Thomas Roth stuff and love it. It's not super crazy expensive (although not cheap, either), and I'm able to find it in B&M stores (Sephora), as well as online (drugstore.com).

My skin has really responded beautifully to it. My facialist got me hooked on it.

Recently switched to some more natural products w/help of www.ewg.org's Skin Deep database. I love my new soap & lotion!

Kiss My Face Pure Olive Oil soap (I use on DD for her body & me for my face)

Keys Soap Tortuga lotion - where has this been all my life?!?

My skin has never been great, but since making these changes & adopting an anti-inflamitory diet, it's been amazingly clear! I'm so excited!

I'm horrible with the "wash" part of skincare...I use anything available, mostly use my Oil of Olay foaming wash, but hand soap, baby wash, & bar soap all get used on a weekly basis. I am religious about using my Neutrogena Intensive Day Cream, or any moisturizer (baby lotion, hand cream, i've even used some chapstick on occasion, but that was only when i was in college)

And miraculously & I thank God, I've got pretty good, clear skin. I do swear my Neutrogena & Oil Of Olay though :)

Kinerase!

It's awesome. My skin has made severe changes since I started using it. Available at Nordy's!

I'm currently using DHC products and I think they're fantastic! http://www.dhccare.com - if you're interested, I can hook you up with a discount. :)

I LOVE DHC too. I have been using them since the summer and my once T-zoned face is no more. Their Deep Cleansing Oil is like nothing I've ever tried and I've tried everything. I have very sensitive skin.

Origins, with a bit of Aveeno mixed in. These are the best products I've used in years and my face shows it - finally!

I use a relatively obscure Australian brand called Aesop. I found it on a trip to LA last year and luckily was able to find it locally to me at a great little fancy drugstore.
I've used just about everything from the drugstore and constantly had problems (too dry, too oily, random zits all the time, esp on my chin). Once I found this brand, I've had far fewer zits and my skin is much calmer.
I've never bought it only, but I'm sure if you googled it you could find it. I love that its all natural botanical type stuff, too.

I've found the following site to be very helpful in choosing skincare products.

http://www.cosmeticscop.com

She has lots of helpful info on skincare under the "Learn" section and she also has reviews of products.

I must admit I fell for an infomercial during my pregnancy. When I became pregnant my skin decided to go haywire horrible and I needed a solution for acne. So I bought in to Murad. It worked. My skin cleared up. I talked to my doctor first and she only said not to use the acne spot mask/treatment. The trio of cleanser, gel and moisterizer were a go. Anyways it is expensive and now I use it ever so often but once giving birth my skin has gone back to normal and I am thinking of returning to something less expensive.
These are good ideas to help me decide. However I would reccommend Murad to anyone having trouble with Acne flare-ups!

Mario Badescu cleaning gel and Lancome renergie serum - works great for my combination skin. For eyes I use Clarins gel - helps with dark circles and puffiness.

Two words: jojoba oil.

Inexpensive, multipurpose, and effective. :-)

Has anyone ever used the Paula's Coice skin care or makeup products. They seem reasonably priced and there is $3.00 shipping in April?
