Is anyone familiar with this? http://www.blueribbonbaby.org/

I had mild preeclampsia with DD, including 7 weeks of bedrest, and I'm willing to try anything not to get it again. Has anyone with a history of pre-e used this successfully in a subsequent pregnancy? It sounds like an awful lot of food! Thanks for any insights.

That's the diet course they want you to follow in Bradley courses which I am taking. We watched a video by Dr. Brewer and it was very helpful. He also has a number where you can call him if you have any questions.

It looks like a lot of food but it's really not. For instance, I initially balked at the thought of eating 2 eggs a day. But if you mix one egg with a little milk and let the bread soak it up good you can get two pieces of french toast and so forth. The most important thing is to try to get at least 75 to 100 grams of protein a day.
