We are doing Blue's Clues, I've been playing around with this, but I don't like the iambic pentameter (I think that is what I mean)
On the front I was going to put
Guess who's turning 2?
inside right
Blue has a clue!
When: 2-5 pm
Where: Our house
RSVP: Our Number
on the inside left I wanted to put a little poem:
Hoop de loo,
Madison’s turning two!
Cake, snacks and ice cream too,
There will be lots to see and do!
Come find Blue's clues,
And celebrate with Maddy too!
Are there too many oo's? I want it to be cute, but not sickening.
This is to be fun, but to also let everyone know in a nice way that we won't be feeding them a meal as we did last year. This should be indicated by the time, but we had a 1-4 party last year and still served lunch. DH has requested that he not have to cook at all this year. Plus we will be having the party later anyway to accomodate DD's nap time.
Also, does anyone know where I can get a paw print cookie cutter?? Or have you seen them before? I want to make paw prints and bone cookies. The bone cookie cutter was easy to find, the paw print not so much.
Thanks in advance! :)
