Aww, thanks guys! So far it's been a normal day. DH is out of town for work for another week still, so it's just the 2 of us. I'm not even sure we'll get out today. It was 90 and sunny here yesterday, and today it is going to be 56 and rainy! So kind of icky. I'm still in my PJ's and Allison is napping!

My father in law and I were chatting yesterday and he was saying how he felt it's been eons since Allison was born. I do feel like she's always been here too, but I feel like I just had her yesterday! The time certainly flies by.... I need to remember to enjoy each moment because before you know it they aren't babies anymore (I'm getting a little misty just thinking about it!).

Anyhow, thanks for remembering me (and DD) and for helping to make me a better mama this past year! This board has been so helpful!! What a great community of awesome women (and a few men)!

Happy Birthday!!! It's bittersweet for you, mama, but try to celebrate! I was so sad on DD's 1st! I wrote a little note to her and put it away in her memory box. It was therapeutic and I can't wait to read it to her when she's older. Congrats on your first year as a mommy!
