Is there a way to buy postage/shipping fees via paypal

when it's not an eBay auction? I just did my first round of ebay auctions where I paid and shipped directly from my paypal. Now I want to do the same for something sold privately, but I can't figure out how to do it? Does it matter if it's a premier or personal account?

Yes, when you log into your paypal account, it will list your recent activity and at the far right of your most recent transactions, there is a button you can click that says "Ship." Also, you can go to the detail page for any transaction and at the bottom of the page, next to the word "Action" there is a "Ship" hyperlink.

That's the issue, under action...it was blank. I will look again, perhaps the graphic/button just did not load.

Maybe if when they paid, it was classifed wrong (as a service, for instance, instead of goods.) That's all I can think of. Unless, as you said, it's just a page loading problem.

If you ship Priority, you can do it on www.usps.com, but you need to pay by debit or credit card.
