Gosh, you ladies really know how to make a mama feel special. I really appreciate all of the good wishes. To say that we are overwhelmed at the prospect of a third child is putting it mildly, and all the positive vibes here have put a big smile on my face. We had not planned on a third child, so to find out I was pg was, mmmmmm, not sure what the right word is, but perhaps you can imagine it if you feel strongly that your family is complete as is. Beware you BF mamas on the mini-pill. It seemed to take forever to get pregnant with Dana and we had just started down the testing road then when it finally happened. So, to get pg in this manner now is doubly unbelievable. I know that this is a blessing, and how lucky we are, and how hard many try to be pregnant even once, so please know that I don't take this lightly. But, my DH is having a bit of trouble with the mental mind-shift, and that continues to be tough for us. I'm feeling a bit isolated. Any suggestions to help him from BTDT parents would be appreciated. Again, thank you all for your well wishes, and to Lori for outing me when I felt too self-conscious to do it myself :)

Congratulations! I know all about the shock of a 3rd one coming so soon after #2. I still can't believe it sometimes. It took awhile for my DH to come around to the idea because it is so hard when you are still in Baby #2 mode. It does get better as time goes on and now Dh is excited (still scared) but we are just rolling with this little blessing. We had to do IVF and had all kinds of fertility issues so I felt bad when all of the sudden we didn't know how to take this pregnancy. Once the shock wears off he will come around.
