I am in way over my head with this. Is there a way to remove the date/time stamp from a photo? My sister left it on when we were taking pictures of my DS and her DD. We are trying to do something like the Daddy pics, just with the word LOVE instead for grandma. We got some cute pics, but that stupid stamp really is mucking things up.

TIA
Chris

You can try "cloning" it or "Healing Brush" it out. Probably the healing brush would be best. Just take it slow and easy and have lots of patience. It will be a pain but you will probably have some luck.

I am not a pro (I just wing it with all of our digital photos) but we had the same problem when my ILs left that darned stamp on during the holidays.

I just erased it buy using the clone stamp tool - you can't tell it was ever there.

To be honest, though, that's how I get rid of everything from undesirable background images to red eye. Someone might have a more orthodox suggestion but at least this one worked for me!
