My DH is flying out to Phoenix tonight for a second on-site interview with a potential employer. A move to Arizona would put us 1500 miles closer to the IL’s and 600 miles closer to my family. We are trying to not get too excited, but just can help ourselves! :-)Hopefully we will know something for certain by the middle of next week.

I pray it all works out for you and your Dh, Erica. I completely KWYM when it comes to wanting to be closer to family! It's very hard to be on opposite coasts as the ILs (whom I like).

DH was told that he should hear something back by the end of the week. We do know that they have another person set up for an on-site on Tuesday, so it is possible that we could know something Wednesday. :-)
