Wow- she really is uneducated about car seat safety! Poor baby is only 6-7 months old, right?

Sheesh is right.....

Well, he should be RF for sure but I think we all have a baby whose head fell forward or to the side while in a carseat...

The kid looks like he's in a convertible seat. Besides needing to be rear-facing, I don't think he's strapped in firmly enough. That may be why he's bent over so far. It looks like he's bent in the middle. I know DD's head has bobbed forward now that I've stopped useing that hood cushion, but she's never completely slumped to the side. I think Britney needs to go over the user manual a little more carefully.

Does anyone else think this picture could be anybody? It's not a convincing pic imo.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Whoever it is does need an education in child/car safety, but I'm not convinced that it's Britney, even if it could be.

I agree the picture isn't convincing, but I heard on the radio this morning that Britney commented on the incident, saying she didn't break any laws, so I'm pretty sure it was her. They went on to say that if a police officer had pulled her over, ticketing her would have been at his/her discretion. Obviously those straps are way too loose!
