My brother is expecting their second child in a month and i want to send something special. I already put together a cute little basket for the older girl (she is 2 1/2) but any good ideas for the second? They have everything from the first, loads of clothes, shoes, etc. Open to suggestions!!

I suggest picture frames, keepsakes (baby spoon, cup, something engraved, etc). We are/were in the same situation--I really appreciated keepsakes/things especially for Alice--things that Ellie hadn't had previously, LOL!

I have received tons of personalized bibs, burpcloths, blankets, etc. for my DD#2 (due soon). They are much appreciated (and nicer than what I had for DD#1!). I have also appreciated practical stuff like diapers, baby soap, washcloths, pacifiers, etc. How about a bumbo seat (these are new since my first was born and are a really cute product)?

Also, we have a lot of Robeez, and I wouldn't mind getting a new pair since some of them look a little scuffed/worn.....

I have to agree with the other posters...definitely a keepsake, perhaps something engraved. I'm having my second child and it's a girl (my first was a boy...so anything pink is okay with me right now) but I would love to get a silver-plated comb and brush set with engraving, or a nice/dainty (perhaps silver-plated too) set of baby spoon and fork, or a silver baby rattle...that sort of stuff. Tiffany's obviously has nice things, but Ross-Simons also has very nice things and at a more reasonable price and there's always Things Remembered.
