I am not sure where to post this. But thought I should at least try the Lounge at first since many posts have been about what walking shoes are great for heavy-duty use, such as when you go to Disney.

I found these shoes on sale at the Clarks store at the mall for $49.99. Then I saw the exact same shoes at Nordstrom for regular price $79.99. (I bought the blue ones) I wore them briefly this morning and they are so comfortable, without socks on. Because the insoles are made of rubbery material (don't know what) with bumps all over, I didn't end up having sweaty feet, which is what happens all the time to me in the summer, and I hate sweaty feet. lol

The Clarks store that I went to also has many other different style of Privo shoes on sales as well. Such as this style:

I really liked this style, but I was afraid that it would scratch my heels without socks on.

HTH helps someone.

I wore Clarks all over Europe when I was 6 months pregnant, so I can recommend them as great walking shoes.
Congrats on the find!
I've also thought Wolkys are great for walking. (More expensive though, so I wouldn't rec for such a short trip, esp. because they can be, uh, ugly. :))

they are super cute! I love the second pair... the blue! My neighbors mom is in Europe right now and she bought a pair of those in black for her trip! I have to remember to ask her how the shoes were for her!!!!

CONGRATS on finding good shoes.... it's tough! Where is the Clarks store you went to?

There is one at Woodfield Mall here in Chicago burbs. I wonder whether on Clarks.com they will tell you locations for their retail stores?

The salesman was a true SHOW salesman, putting shoes on me and everything. I must have tried on 10 pairs before I decided on this pair--read, lowest priced one. And he was still pleasant. Don't see that often any more. In addition, he told me that their socks are guaranteed to not have holes, and that anytime they get holes in them I can bring them in for a new pair. Since I wear my socks off every 3 months, I bought 6 pairs. :)

I have a pair of the Privo by Clarks (not the exact style you chose, but very similar) and they are GREAT. I am actually on vacation now with family, and my sister bought and brought a new pair of Privos. She just wore them for the fist time yesterday for about 8 hours, and commented how comfortable they were. We were shopping last night, and my mom, who is getting a knee replacement 8/25, saw and bought a pair of Privos because when she tried them on, thought they would be comfortable, even with her walking difficulties. I can't say enough nice things-- I think they will be great for your long days in Disney!
