Hi. Just want to see if anyone has tried out the large inflatable "above ground" pools I am seeing everywhere (like BJ's, Costco, etc). They look pretty big (come with pumps/a ladder, etc). I never thought I would even entertain an above-ground pool, but my 6 year old saw the 3 different kinds for sale at BJ's and that is all she is talking about. Just curious if anyone has had any experience with them. Are they "sturdy?" Do you feel that they are safe? Does it kill the grass underneath? How do you know what kind of chlorine to use? For $200 I might try it out to see if it can make it through even one hot florida summer and provide some entertainment...after that I can throw it out. Any comments would be appreciated.
