Does anyone know how to actually talk to a PERSON on the phone? I can't seem to escape the phone tree... :( Thanks!

Have you tried pressing "0"? Usually that works with other voice mail h3ll.

I had this problem two days ago - pressing 0 doesn't work. I always push the number to change my address and then when they answer, I bring up my real issue. They never comment. I have no idea how to get a real person any other way!

They list "backdoor" ways to get to a real person for lots of companies.

Perfect! Thank you, girls. Yeah, I tried the old pressing '0' routine, too, with no luck. I actually do need to change our address, so I'll try that route first.
