I'm so indecisive - WWYD ( a purse question!)

I went into Saks the other day specifically to get a Longchamp bag using Amex points. I *intended* on getting the smallish handheld one ~ i like to be able to just grab my keys, a pen, wristlet, etc. However, we were strollerless that day and as I was walking into the store thought maybe i do need to go back to a backpack. But...i hate the bottomless pit feeling of a backpack, esp one all black.

So...i grabbed the black backpack and a maroon small handheld. Got to the register and got the backpack. Now i'm regretting it!

Should i return it and get the smallish one? I think i'll like the extra space of the backpack, but i'm also a WOHM so it's really just weekends I might need more space.

I hate that i do this to myself!!!

Personally, unless you don't have anything else to use on the weekends, I would go for the small one. It will get a lot more use and it fits your needs better. Unless you can afford both and then I would get both. :D
