So what prompted you to look this up?

I really LOL when I read this part-

Things You'll Need
Good shoes
A solid wall
Supporters or Spotters (people to help you and make sure nothing goes wrong).
Mats if available
Directions to the nearest medical facility

Yeah, I think directions to a hospital are a *good* idea!

And I feel successful if I just make it through the day...

DH has our computer set to open to Google's home page.

Everyday there are "how to" topics listed under "how to of the day". I've been on the computer quite a bit today - don't know why, just one of those days. Every time I would log on, I'd see "How to run up a wall and flip" right in front of me, so I finally had to check it out! I couldn't believe they actually had the instructions there.

Oooh! So glad you posted that.
I'm homeschooling my toddler (some call it daycare, I call it homeschool) and running up the wall and flipping is tomorrow's lesson!

Friday is dance-day, silly! It's a very regimented homeschool, ya know. :P

Ohmigosh, Corie. I'm so glad you reminded me. I must absolutely teach her The Robot tomorrow! Maybe save the run and flip for when she's 2. Hee hee.

This part made me laugh soooo hard:

Always remember to make sure that the wall you are doing this on is solid. If it's not, you could easily put your foot into or through it, and if you get your foot caught, you could be dangling upside down with no way of getting your (broken) foot out on your own.

Hence the reason for knowing where the closest medical facility is! At least the writer(s) are making sure to cover all the bases. :o

What, you mean you didn't know how too?? :) :)
How do you think I amuse DD when we're stuck home in bad weather?
So, now all we need is for some mommas to try it and report back!

If I showed my husband this website, he would try it!

Everytime we walk by a stop sign (or some type of pole),
he feels the need to demonstrate "The Flagpole".

I found this picture online to illustrate "The Flagpole"
maneuver. This is NOT a picture of my husband, just
another idiot who likes to hang sideways! :)
