Anyone have time to Photoshop some D-A-D-D-Y pictures?

I have 1 very unwilling subject. The other was cooperative, but probably because we did an unplanned photo shoot in the house. The result is at least one happy kid but not ideal lighting and some background junk.

Would anyone be willing to help either use Photoshop to clean these up and save as either separate 4 X 6 pictures or 1 panoramic shot?
