Washington DC was my first thought too! And I'm horrible with these geography thing - so don't tell me if I'm wrong!! ;)

Looks like the White House in the center to me...and I *think* that's the Smithsonian (sp) on the lower right...

Wash DC was my first thought also. Looks like the back side of the White House with the lawn,elipse and the big circle is where the Wash monument is. Can't figure out what the buildings in the right corner are. If I.m right it should be the mall but somehow it doesn't look like it. I guess it may look different from above.

I agree with all the PP, White House in almost the dead center, Washington Monument below it.
