Thanks! I love the last pic as well, but I took it in the wrong format - horizontal when I needed vertical. It's not quite as cute when cropped to size.

These are really wonderful! Your little guy is such a cutie.

I think the last pic is so adorable...it looks like he is holding hands w/the dog on the left. Since your ds name is Aaron, you could use that picture all on it's own...A for Aaron. I'm sure all of your friends and family would love a copy of that pic!

These are just my favorites of all time! I am a HUGE animal lover (I also have dogs and cats), so these pictures are RIGHT up my alley.
Your little guy is just adorable, too.

I thought the sizing issue and cropping of the A (which is the most precious pic of all), was tragic!

I took the liberty of creating a resized pic for you to use, if you'd like. I hope you don't mind. It is now 384 x 512 pixels, the same as the rest.

(Is that a Trex deck? We had an Eon deck installed last summer, and we love it! :D).

OMG!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! How did you do that? I played with it for 2 hours and gave up. I am going to print it and replace the other A with this one.

Yup, it's a Trex deck. We had one built at the townhouse and loved it, so we had this one put on here. I absolutely love it.

He is too cute! Love the last picture especially. (What breed of dogs are those? Whippet or Italian greyhound maybe?)

They are both Italian Greyhounds. Misty, the one Aaron is laying on, will be 8 years old this year and Eli will be 7 years old in July. We also have Ginger, a shiba inu, and 3 cats, Mr. Kitty is in the Y photo, Emma is a Russian Blue look-alike cat (formerly feral kitty) and Ari is a Siamese who was found living in a feral colony.

I love these! I must say your son is A-dorable. I love the pets being included. My little schnauzers do not find our son so lovely but rather annoying.

Aaron and the fur-babies...what a wonderful combination! I love it! Thanks for sharing - it made my day to see the pictures. :)

Wow! That's a lot of pets!

I asked because in a fit of insanity 2 years ago, DH and I briefly considered getting a whippet until we learned that they need 45 minutes of exercise a day. So do I, but it's not happening...so we had DD instead!

OMGosh, Rada, Aaron has so much hair! What a cutie.

But I'm totally enamored with your sweet little pets. They look like baby greyhounds (although I know they're Italian Greyhounds, as you mentioned). So cute. Are they good with Aaron?

Absolutely precious. I think your DH is going to LOVE these pics. Good job mama!

I just used Photoshop to "Copy and Paste". More deck and more house = a taller picture, so I didn't have to crop as much off the sides for the right proportions. I'm so glad you like it :).

Thanks!!! Surprisingly, all our pets are great with Aaron. I was sure about some of them and worried about the others, but it all worked out. Misty, the one Aaron is laying on, LOVES kids. I used to joke that for her birthday she always asked for a kid of her own. Now that he is more able to pet her, she's in heaven. Eli is also very good with children, but he's a bit hyper. So, I just have to warn him to take his Tigger-like-bouncing outside in the yard. Ginger, the shiba inu, came from a highly abusive situation where the 12 year old girl beat her and terrified her every day. However, apparently the other two children were nice to her, because she is sooooo gentle with Aaron (and I was worried due to her history):

Emma, my former feral, is the consummate princess, the baby of the family prior to Aaron. But, surprisingly, she has become very maternal with him:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v281/radosti/emma.jpg
And Ari and Mr. Kitty are very patient with Aaron, but I never doubted the two of them:

Sorry for the hijack, just want to thank you for donating breast milk. My Ava received 2 months worth of donated breast milk in the NICU after she was born, and I am convinced *that* is why she is in perfect health now. It really is *such* a gift to us recipients, and we are very, very grateful!!! Hugs, Barbie

Awww!!!! Thank you!!! I am so glad that this milk will go to wonderful use and help save lives. I look at my 6 months old 22 pound DS and think of how DH and I joke that I make heavy cream instead of milk. Since DS won't be using it, I wanted to share that gift with other moms who aren't as fortunate.

I am so glad that Ava is in perfect health! It's awesome to hear the success stories.

Oh my gosh, these are adorable!!! Our cats are good with Kaya (especially our Devon Rex), but not THAT good! Your DH is going to LOVE the final product!

Rada, you're such a pretty lady! I love the pics of your fur babies. I guess your dogs are trained, or else they'd be taking YOU for a walk! I always joke w/ my dog (4 year old gunsmoke beagle) that he's much like Pinocchio in that all he wants is to be a REAL BOY. LOL! He's a boy, but you'd think he was a high princess like your sweet feral cat, Emma. Tee hee. Oh, and DH says your dogs are very cute.

Congrats on having such a wonderfully full family! And how cool about the BF donations!

Thanks!!! Yup, the dogs are well trained. If they pull or tangle leads, they go on short leash for the rest of the walk. The next walk, they are much more cooperative because they want their 26 feet of freedom on the retractable lead to sniff all the park smells.

Larissa, I meant to ask you if you are Russian? It's a russian name, so I was just wondering. I am, but I've lived in the US for 17 years now.

No, just standard European descent. But good guess. Around the time of my birth, my father was in love with Julie Christie from the movie Dr. Zhivago, the epic Russian masterpiece by Boris Pasternak, so my parents both decided it would make a lovely name. Actually, the only name my parents call me is "Lara," which is also from the movie ("Lara's Theme"). They're both on my birth certificate.

Not to sound corny like I can relate, but my DH is 1/4 Russian (and 1/2 German & 1/4 Mexican)...and his great grandparents only immigrated in the early part of the twentieth century (maybe 1920s). I hear there are some family members who still speak the language. His grandma still has an accent.

Anyways...just thinking out loud.

Hehe... that's how I got my name as well. My mom LOVED a movie in Russia about gypsies, it was released the year I was born and the lead gypsy was named Rada. My mom thought she was sooooo wonderful that she had to name me that :)
