UPDATE:my turn for some good vibes please

well my dad finally got back his results and so far so good. the doc says he doesnt see any sign of the cancer coming back as of now. thanks for all the good vibes, it looks like they worked :)

i dont know if any of you will remember about a year ago my dad found out he had prostate cancer. he had surgery and during surgery they had found out it had spread some but were pretty sure that radiation would take care of the rest. well he ended his radiation about 2-3 months ago. the past few weeks he has not been feeling right and having some problems so he went back to the doc. the doc thinks that the cancer is back already. he will have some tests run this week to find out. if you could all send my dad some good vibes that it is something else and not the cancer i would be ever so grateful, i just dont think he can make it thru this again.

If you ever need to talk message me! cancer is a unique disease in that it can be in one body and create multiple victims/survivors....I feel like I'm in remission from cancer right now even though it's Dh who is physically at risk for recurrence....it affects us all deeply.

Becky, your father and your family are in my prayers. Radiation complications like scarring sometimes turn up months after treatment, so hopefully it's just that. That's what happened to me, and we thought it was a recurrence, so I know how frightened you all are. Hang in there, hon.
