Which should I get? (Otherwise known as how fast do kids grow?)

DD currently has a 19 inch chest and an 18 inch waist.
In looking at Halloween costumes, I can either get one with a 22 inch chest and a 21 inch waist, or a 24 inch chest and a 22 inch waist. It's so hard to tell what to get because in the last three months she has dropped weight and gotten taller, but who knows what the next 4 months will bring? Also come Sept. if she's still nursing she'll be getting newborn milk again which I heard might fatten her up...

Which would you go for? I'm leaning towards the smaller one because she is a peanut and I don't anticipate that changing much, but on the other hand I don't want to end up with a costume that's too small.

Can you buy both of them and just return one when
we get closer to Halloween? This is probably
what I would do if it were me!!

If this is not possible, then I would get the smaller
one. The other one seems really big to me.

I don't think so becaus ethe lady makes them by hand (from patterns).

I'm thinking the smaller one too. I can;t imagine her growing THAT much in four months.

A 5 inch jump in the chest and 4 inch jump in the waist seems like WAY more than I would expect in the 4 months between now and Halloween. I would get the smaller one.
