Thursday evening, I posted that I needed a Superyard. On Friday, I got an email that said that the person had one with the 2-panel extension for sale for $30! I was so excited because I'd already bought a 6-panel one on CL for $35 several months ago (but now it was seeming a little cramped). I sent DH over to pick it up, and he came back with 14 panels!!! For $30! I couldn't believe it because I've seen what they go for ($35-$40 for 6-panels and $55-$65 for 8 is about average for where I live). WOW! I just had to share my excellent score! Sometimes you just get lucky. :D

Sweet! We got a full Pottery Barn Charleston living room set on CL for $1250 - sofa, chair and a half, ottoman and loveseat, all with extra slipcovers. :)

I have a Superyard XT that I need to list, nice to know people are looking for them. LOL.

Best,
Mary

Several months back, DH and I bought an original (late 60's) Danish Modern furniture set off of CL. We got a huge table, 6 Erik Buck chairs, a credenza, and a hutch/huge wall unit for $400! If you saw it, your chin would hit the floor. The guy had no idea what he was selling!!! Just the credenza is worth more than that.
There's a ton of overpriced crap on CL, but there are some real goodies, too.
