Yes. I noticed especially yesterday and today around lunch time (or nap time on the east coast ;) ). Annoying...but did it discourage me from spending my already overbooked time here? Nope! :)

It was like that for me too. Hence the DP, triple-posts, etc. (I can be very impatient at times.)

i've also noticed it during my fly-by's monday and tuesday morning (10ish to 12noonish PST) here. both days it seems much improved by the afternoon (CA time) and fast and smooth by evening. i was just assuming it's when the most traffic is hitting the boards??? but oh yes, it's hard to wait a minute or more for one thread to load. sigh.
