I'm so tired of looking frumpy these days ladies, and I have it in my mind that you all must dress better than I do ;) So many of you mamas have such a great sense of style, whereas I will I admit to having none!
So, help me red-do my wardrobe! Cut & paste pictures or links to the types of things you gals wear or think look nice for this Summer, for everyday wear. But remember it has to be Mommy friendly! Have fun going shopping with my virtual money! (I'll have to remember to ask this question in the fall/winter too!)

Thanks for the help!

Here's a few items off of my shopping spree with my crazy aunt (see my post on how much money is too much money to spend on clothes!) I love my new clothes!

have fun! And if you live in Texas you should borrow my crazy aunt. She should totally be a personal shopper!

BWAHAHAHA! We have you fooled! My wardrobe is pathetic. Oh, maybe you weren't referring to me then... :7

Hmmm, Meg's closet looks stocked. I say we stage a raid!

And, who forgot to tell me that Eddie Bauer has women's sizes? I have always loved their clothes, but stopped looking there as I didn't think anything would fit. I think I know what DH is buying me for my belated birthday! :-)

Margaret--Oh! I like all of those! And I have an EB Outlet right here by me too! Time to do some shopping :) Thank-you for the ideas!

Anyone else want to share what's in their closet?

i love jjill for the casual-but-up-to-date-without-being-over-the-top mommy wardrobe. their pieces mix and match with my target and ross finds :P and the quality means they last year to year. also, i find their pieces to have good 'coverage' as well.

my 'staples' are their satin trimmed (compassion) T, their 3/4length sleeve and sleeveless cross-over tops and their tried and true fit jeans (i'm a pretty classic pear shape - if you're more of an apple, you might prefer their authentic cut).

they have truly beautiful and unique items that are still casual as well, and if you wait for the sales, the quality and attention to detail in these pieces makes them a steal.

i don't wear a ton of skirts, but when i do, i do like theirs the best of any i've tried. wore this at our casual easter family get together:

I feel strange, like the only one here who wears stuff that isn't ultra casual. I do not work but I do wear what I consider a bit dressier than tees and jeans, although I do have alot of those too. I love vintage looking stuff from Lucky Brand. I also shop at Gap, Old Navy, and I absolutely love Juicy Couture terry pants paired with either a tank or tee. Most of my jeans are embellished or have cool types of wash. Nothing I wear is dry clean and stains have come out so it is mommy friendly. Here are a few things I have (minus the scarves and hats) and some similar pieces:

I also love INC. Their styles fit me well and aren't too expensive.

I love the second outfit. It's much more my style. Where is it from?

Not the OP here but I did see that 2nd outfit when I was looking at macys.com. Here's the link to it: http://tinyurl.com/qckjs

Is it just my computer, or is the jjill website wonky? I click on a link, and it doesn't do anything, just sits there for a good 5 minutes while my computer freezes up. ARGH!

I've got my eye on this cardigan top from EB. I think it is very cute and could be dessed up or down! Plus cardigans are a great way to camouflage the flaws. ;)

I'm just waiting (more like crossing my fingers) to see if they'll mark it down some more!!
