I am still trying to decide what to do for Anna's birthday party. I have reserved a pony, but I wanted to do something else as well. I could do the bounce house still, but to be honest the thought of being really pregnant and trying to oversee a bounce house is a bit daunting.

So, my new idea is to hire a local childrens' musician to do a little sing a long for the kids. She is a local woman who plays the local library circuit. I was wondering if anyone has any experience and/or feedback with musicians at parties. Also, if anyone has hired a musician, do you know how much they usually charge??

TIA!!

We went to a party with the woman who does our Music Together parties. It was a lot of fun. Most of kids attended the MT class at that time, so they were familiar with her and her music (it was a 1st bday party). They gave out MT instruments for party favors. As far as cost...I think maybe $100 or $150? But I could be totally making that up.
