Awhile back someone posted asking for good songs to work out to. I'm updating my playlist and was wondering if anyone had new suggestions (I liked the last poster's suggestion to do this)...

My suggestions:
Hips don't Lie, Shakira
SOS, Rihanna
Lapdance, NERD
Rock Star, NERD

Well, when I go running I like stuff to get me pumped up that's kinda hard (think Pantera). But, I do like to shake it just as much as the next person, so I have a secret stash too.

Some of my favorite songs that I think would go nicely with a good sweat:

Song 2 by Blur-short and catchy, gets me revved. I LOVE this song.
Higher Ground by the Red Hot Chili Peppers
Dance, Dance by Fallout Boy
Supernova by Liz Phair
The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide Is Press Coverage by Panic! at the Disco
Fell In Love With a Girl by The White Stripes-AWESOME song.

Alright, and the secret stash includes but is not limited to:

Gold Digger by Kanye West
Check On It by Beyonce
Do Somethin' by *gulp* Britney Spears
Temperature by Sean Paul-I could dance to this one until my butt fell off, so it'd be great for exercise.
Shake That by Eminem

Oh No by Ok Go (and Ok Go's self-titled album)
I Am by Earth, Wind, and Fire
