does anyone else find kegels painful? i know i should be doing them religiously...but they really make my pelvis hurt...is it just me?

Painful, no. Useless, yes. For me, I tried and tried and tried, and I didn't even have a vaginal birth to begin with, and sometimes I'm still leaky when I sneeze or just have to go real bad two years later. I finally gave up. I'm sorry they're painful for you. If you're only a few months PP, that it might have something to do with it. Might wanna mention it to your OB.

Not painful for me, but I'm the same as the pp, except that I suffered 3rd degree lacerations during delivery, and while I'm certainly better than the initial post partum months, I still have some occasional issues like the pp.
