Anyone know someone who has had Fraxel done?

My friend, 38, had it done b/c of sun damage. Last time I saw her she was still a bit red from it but I could tell her skin was smoother. I guess it hurts like hell.

Not yet, but I plan on it, as soon as I finish using all of this topical stuff that the derm prescribed. I have some very minor scarring, which people, even DH say they can't see. It really bothers me though, so I plan to try to get rid of it. It sounds like it's painful, but it's temporary pain.
