I live in Indianapolis, have my whole life. Let me know what area you are looking into. I really am only familiar with the Northeast side of Indy, but would be happy to try to help you out as much as I can.

I do! I've been here since 1988 and have lived on the north, northwest, and west side as well as downtown. I just looked at your siggy. I work for Clarian and I'm assuming you're looking at IU Medical Center as a possible match for your DH. Our neighbor just finished his oncology fellowship and moved back to South Carolina. Want to buy his house? :-) We live in an area easily accessible to downtown.

I'm from Indianapolis originally (actually Carmel, a suburb of the city), born and raised. My ILs and parents still live there, and we just spent a month there in June. I am happy to share information! Just PM me with questions. :)

Funny DH is doing his Emergency Medicine rotation right now too! His was totally glazed over last night working on his case reports. He really wants to do well, and sometimes that means having a zombie around for a couple days :0
