need ideas for nice looking daybed with trundle that raises up

any ideas or suggestions ?

I hate wasting our one extra bedroom on a guestroom when we have no office or playroom, so want to better utilize the area. Getting rid of our full size bed and putting a day bed against the wall will really open it up. We do have grandparent come, who would want to sleep in the same bed, so would like the trundle part to pop up. Have been searching, but if anyone has something like this and could save me the time by recommending it, I would greatly appreciate it.
