Problem w/ Happiest Baby DVD..recall??

I got a brand new "Happiest Baby on the Block" DVD on half.com, and one of the tracks will not play. Specifically, in the "calming sounds" feature, calming sound #2 just plays a blip of noise, then silence for the remaining 10 minutes. Then it loops and plays the blip again, then silence, :(
I am within the return policy window, but was wondering if anyone else had noticed a problem with their DVD. Maybe there was a recall before I even bought it? Product recall websites seem to only list recalls w/ safety issues.

Try playing it on a different DVD player. I know my Signing Time vol 1 (and only vol 1) always has the CC on when played on my parent's DVD player, but not on ours or the car.

If it still doesn't work I would return it.

Mine worked out of the box, but its 2 yrs old now. I have to say, those white noise tracks are THE BEST. I would return yours (unless you can get it to work on a different player) and get a new one.
