...announced on last night's show that she is PG with NUMBER 6!
She said something like "5, 6, 7... what's the difference?... I'll just throw him on the pile with the other ones" Very dry sense of humor, that Laura.
Well, congrats to her & the Bennett clan!

yeah, I heard her say that, and thought it was a little odd.

Honestly, Laura doesn't really bother me! I think she
is rather funny! She always cracks me up when she is
giving her little one-on-one interviews.

I actually laughed when she made the above comment.

Now, Jeffrey, he's another story!!

She's growing on me, but I must admit that I don't see her as the motherly type. Honestly, I can't believe she'd have 6 kids. I mean, I could maybe see her with one "oops," but six? On purpose?

I was just watching it on tivo while reading this forum (yes, i could be more productive during nap time, but this is more fun!) and I couldn't open the thread - I was thinking OMG!-Laura got kicked off! Well, I finished the show and finally came back to read the thread and was relieved. I like her dry sense of humor! :) Kudos to her on likely being an exhausted pregnant momma and still kicking butt on the show!

I don't mind her, but she is an odd duck. I did think that comment strange, as well as the fact that she accidentally told her mother while being filmed for TV, then said that she hadn't even told her husband yet?! She just doesn't look the mommy part, but maybe she's not. That 20 second footage of her bio looked interesting, with the kids running around. I just can't wrap my mind around her in the average (well, I guess with 5 kids, not really average) kid household.

There's a lady at my church who is pregnant w/#6 (yes, we're Catholic). I think once you reach the higher numbers your perspective changes and it is like... one more baby -- no big deal. I mean, it's a big deal, but you've done it so many times.

Anyway, who do you think the top 3 will be.

I really like the German woman (ulie?) don't know how to spell
I also like Laura

I don't know who would be third, maybe Jeffrey or Angela

oh and I like Michael -- the nice guy sleeper of the season -- he got so little attention in the first few shows, and I loved his hot pants outfit!

I am totally rooting for Kayne, I love him, I just think he's so hilarious. And I love Uli, I love that she can take 2 prints that sooo don't go together, and make it work. For third, I'd say Michael. I just can't believe that there is actually a straight male designer on there. So yeah, that's me, Kayne, Uli, and Michael.

I am going to go out on a limb here and predict Michael all the way. With Uli and Laura to the end. I like Laura more and more, now that we re seeing her sense of humor. Jeffrey needs a good whack on the ass, I don't care if he made it "off the streets" he is a ####.

That's why I like Laura! Because she is always getting
bleeped during her one-on-one interviews.

ok, can I just tell you that I LOVE Laura now? She is my new favorite. ETA: The pregnancy announcement didn't seem very joyous, did it? Even if it is your 6th grandchild, don't you think you could muster a smile? Lauras' mom seemed to be like "oh lord, here we go again..." - you never know what editing will do, but still - it was strange.

I predict final three will be Laura, Michael, and Uli.

I made my mom watch this show with my tonight - very fitting for the episode. Who do we think the "jetsetter" will be? I think it will be a specific person, we havent had a celebrity to design for yet, have we? (except miss usa?)

ETA: Corrected the name of the designer at bottom. I meant Michael, not Kayne.

Ok, solely because of comments on BBB, I watched two episodes of this show last week while at my MIL, who has cable. I really liked it! But which one is Laura... has reddish/brownish hair pulled back tightly and a lot of red lipstick? I watched the episode where they picked a fashion icon, and I think she got Katharine Hepburn? I liked her too, but if it's her, I am amazed that she has so many kids and is pregnant. She looks like she's in her mid 40's, I think.

Is Michael Knight straight? He came across straight; heck, I'd say he's hot.

I thought it was a pretty weird comment too. Can't wait for her kids to hear that one and think "oh, thanks, mom".

I think Michael, Laura and Uli have a good chance at making it all the way. I didn't think Jeffrey was that bad in the beginning, but now he seems to have taken over the "holier than thou" personna that Keith had--so I agree with the PP that he needs a firm kick in the ***. ;)

! I never thought of that! Now I'm wondering. I'm always really bad a guessing the challenge by the "clues". That would be too funny!

That's what I was thinking. Like the Postal Worker challenge in season 1.

Ulie (sp?) and Michael are my absolute favorites, both in demeanor and design.

I should have continued to read before I posted...I agree 100% about the final three.
